London, KY - Appalachia HIDTA Executive Director Vic Brown announced that Senior Criminal Intelligence Analyst Kevin "Chip" Chipley has been named the 2021 Appalachia HIDTA Analyst of the Year. Senior Analyst Chipley has proven himself an invaluable part of the Appalachia HIDTA Investigative Support Center, providing high level support to Drug Task Forces across Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
